MEDITATION
"The spiritual realm is remarkably subtle. For this reason, in the story of Elijah (1 Kings 19: 11-12), God is not found in the whirlwind, fire or earthquake -- but in the subtle voice (or sound) that can only be heard in silence
(qol d'mamah daqah)." - Rabbi Jonathan Omer-Mann

Meditation is a core practice in our community. Please join us in one of the meditation sessions or contemplative services listed here. No meditation experience necessary. To learn more about Jewish meditation, we recommend the book Discovering Jewish Meditation, written by long-time Chochmat HaLev supporter and teacher Nan Fink Gefen. You can also read more about Jewish Meditation on our website.
