The Taste of Freedom—A Celebratory
& Contemplative Second Night Seder with Estelle
Frankel Sunday, April 20, 5:30 pm
Teaching and Traditional Seder by Estelle Frankel
with fresh, local, organic Passover Dinner catered by
Chef Denise Ladwig. You are invited to wear desert attire
to capture the spirit of the Pesach Journey.

Pesach in the Desert! Sundown,
Friday April 25th—Sundown, Sunday April 27th
This year, join in co-creating a journey to
personal and shared liberation by traveling to the California
desert to celebrate the last days of Pesach. Pre-trip
Meeting Thursday, April 3, 7pm at Chochmat HaLev.
Come to the meeting to start building community, find
your tribe, and prepare logistically and spiritually
for our time in the desert. Email desertpesach@gmail.com

Spirit of Integrity: Preparing
our Hearts for Passover—The Virtues of Humility,
Holy Chutzpah, & Grace with Estelle Frankel, Sunday
April 13 11am-1:30pm
Passover is a time of year when divine grace is readily
available to us. It is an auspicious time to break free
of inner and outer obstacles that hinder us Our work
is to prepare our hearts by eliminating chametz
(leavening) from our homes, the ancient symbol of pride
and self-importance. We prepare for Passover by acquiring
the virtues of humility & holy chutzpah.
$30 for nonmembers, $20 for members; part of the

The Reality of Freedom: The Inner Life of the
Passover Ceremony with Brian Schachter-Brooks April
13, 7-9pm
The story of Passover is one of historical liberation
from slavery, but the symbols of the seder form a map
of inner Liberation. Come explore how the seder can
be a catalyst for your own journey of Awakening!
$30 for nonmembers, $20 for members
Chant Into Liberation: Chanting, Meditation,
and Journaling for Passover with Cyrise Beatty April
22, 7-9pm
Passover is all about breaking free from the bindings
and limitations of our lives. Come release yourself
into song and let the healing energy of your voice free
up the "narrow places" within. This evening
of chant and meditation will guide us through the "sea"
of restriction and into the flow of song and celebration
on the shores of freedom.
$30 for nonmembers, $20 for members
Journeying to Revelation: Counting the Omer
With Cyrise Beatty and Bon Singer Thursdays May 1, 8,
15, 22 7-9pm
Using polyphonic singing, journaling, movement, and
mediation, this class will guide us through the themes
of our counting of the days. This class requires preregistration
and commitment, as it is progressive. Preregister by
April 22nd for a discount!
$100 for members, $120 for nonmembers—or $80/$100
if you pay by April 22nd!
Spirit of Integrity: To Walk in God’s
Ways with Estelle Frankel Sunday, May 4 11am-1:30pm
The Practice of Counting the Omer as a meditation on
making our days count! This class will be followed by
a potluck lunch and a hands-on project in the afternoon
that includes making new mosaic steppingstones for Chochmat’s
garden.
