Facility Rentals

Welcome to the Chochmat HaLev Facility Rental page. Our beautiful sanctuary and social hall, as well as our kitchen and other rooms, are available to rent for celebrations, performances, workshops, lectures and other events. Recently a family held their one year old's birthday party in our social hall, and a musician had a concert in the sanctuary. Why not have your next event at Chochmat HaLev?

Rental Rates

Sanctuary

Members of Chochmat HaLev: $500 for 4 hrs. + $75/hr for each additional hour
Nonmembers: $600 for 4hrs. + $100/hr for each additional hour
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250
Includes:

One hour set up + 1 hour break down ( 1 hour prior to event, 4 hours of event,1 hour post event)

Basic sound set up (up to 4 mics, no monitors, no sound technician)
One person to do one seating set up of main hall
Use of Kippot (up to 100)
Use of prayer books (up to 100)

Extra services:

Extra microphones and monitor - $45/hr per microphone
Extra seating set up of main hall - $50 per simple set up

Sanctuary, Kitchen and Social Hall

Members of Chochmat HaLev: $800 for 4 hrs. + 100/hr
Nonmembers: $1000 for 4 hrs + 150/hr
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250

Includes:

All of the above, plus:
Use of social hall, and kitchen (no set up, or clean up)
Use of tables and chairs

Social Hall, including use of Garden

Members of Chochmat HaLev: $75/hr; 2 hours minimum.
Nonmembers: $100/hr; 2 hours minimum
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250

Does not include any seating set up. Chairs and Back-Jacks are available for use.

$45 for seating set up to accommodate up to 50 people
$65 for seating set up to accommodate up to 75 people

24x36' indoor space

Garden only

Members of Chochmat HaLev: $36/hr; 2 hours minimum.
Nonmembers: $50/hr; 2 hours minimum
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250

$45 for seating set up to accommodate up to 50 people
$65 for seating set up to accommodate up to 75 people

Garden Room

Members of Chochmat HaLev: $40/hr;
Nonmembers: $60/hr
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250

Does not include any seating set up.
Chairs and Back-Jacks are available for use.

$25 for seating set up to accommodate up to 30 people

Classroom Only
$30/hr. Does not include any seating set up.
Chairs and Back-Jacks are available for use.

$20 for seating set up to accommodate up to 25 people

Refundable Cleaning Deposit, on all rentals: $250
